From the M25 take the A21 To Hastings. When approaching the outskirts of Hastings there is a sign saying "Welcome to Hastings" and the A21 goes under a road bridge. Turn first right under bridge signed to the Hospital. Turn right at the top of the sliproad and follow signs to the Conquest Hospital. Go straight over the roundabout with the hospital on the right and continue along The Ridge until you see a big sign for the Ivyhouse Lane Industrial estate. Turn left at this sign down Ivyhouse Lane. Burgess Road is the second road on the right, and Jaytec House is the first on the left set among trees.
