The manufacture of custom glassware is a large part of our work. Research and industry have constantly changing needs and Jaytec glass is experienced in providing novel items when they are required. Our expertise in scientific research and glassware manufacture allows us to understand our clients requirements and provide intelligent solutions. A design and testing service is available for all new products. Jaytec Glass also provides:

• Calibration. We make a wide range of all-glass items and calibrate them to any current standard. We can also issue certificates of accuracy for any calibrated item.



• Product Development. Working from a sketch, schematic diagram or full specification we use our wide experience to turn an idea into a finished product.



• Non-Standard Volumes. We routinely manufacture standard items in non-standard volumes. Some examples are 17ml bulb pipettes, 35ml burettes and 20,000ml Trading Standard Test Measures.



• Urgent Orders. We offer an accelerated service for urgent orders. Mission critical glass items sometimes need to be replaced on very short lead times, and we are happy to undertake this work.



• Calibration of existing items. We are able to calibrate existing glass items to any current standard. Please call us for details.
