Delivery
The delivery charges are £15.00 for orders within the UK
mainland, and £50.00 for orders to the ROW.
We will endeavour to dispatch items within 7 days of ordering,
should there be a delay of any kind we will contact you to enquire
whether you are happy to wait or would rather cancel your order.
Order
Payment
Payment can be made using options shown at the checkout, including
Visa, Mastercard payments through the secure gateway of Sage Pay
and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions.
Guarantee
We guarantee you satisfaction and any faulty goods will be replaced.
Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt.
We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 30 working days.
Breakage
Claims for breakage of glassware in transit must be made
within 5 working days of receipt.
Security
Personal and credit card details are sent to Sage Pay using secure
internet technology, we cannot be held liable for any loss you
may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any
data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
