Jaytec Glass recently welcomed TV architect George Clarke to film for Channel 4 series George Clarke’s Old House, New Home.
Episode 3 (21 June, 8pm) features a grape chandelier designed by Jaytec Glass engineer Jane Perkins for a Victorian flat in Hastings. The chandelier uses jars which are retro-blown into unique shapes, scattering light in unexpected ways. Steve Avery was in charge of glass blowing and George rose to the challenge of producing one himself.
