Important information for our EU customers.
With the late "Brexit" deal and lack of information we are seeing a lot of rumours and myths about ordering from UK suppliers (Jaytec Glass Ltd) and the "huge" charges that customers will incur when receiving their orders. As we have left the EU we no longer charge UK VAT on orders to our EU customers. When EU customers place an order with Jaytec the website will automatically deduct the UK VAT (20%) from the order. We organise all the paperwork, customs documents and HS codes and arrange shipping as normal.All orders are shipped DDU (Duties and taxes unpaid).  Please be aware that you may receive an invoice from the carrier for any VAT based on your own countries VAT rate and any duties payable before they can release the order.  We do reserve the right to deduct any charges incurred by Jaytec Glass in the event that these charges are not paid and the order is returned to us.
